First, you type out what you want. Make it bigger than you may actually want it.



Next, copy the type layer and make the original invisible.



Right click on the copy and click Rasterize Type.



You'll see the layer has changed. Simply put, it's more editable.



Now go to Edit > Transform > Perspective.



A bounding box with some points. shall appear around the text.



Click and drag the points to see how they effect the text. Double click in the center when you get something you like.



I chose to rotate mine a little.



And there you go. Go play.
